How are you today?  I have been a Health/Fitness Professional, Consultant in the health and fitness industry for over 7 years now. When I first started doing consulting and helping a variety of optimum health seekers, I couldn't understand why some of them just weren't seeing  lasting results. At time I would ask, is it frustration? Maybe it's intimidation, or lack of will power. Ohhh..! I get it, these people think I'm actually pitching them some sales pitch. The more I kept questioning myself and many more of these individuals I worked with and helped, the worse it get. It wasn't because of my knowledge and coaching ability, and it certainly wasn't because these individuals were unmotivated. In fact, I found some of them to be quite motivated, had role models, passionate, ambitious, and wanted to change their eating habits, their body, and over all health. Interestingly enough, there were a few missing components of the puzzle that were simply destroying those individuals pursuit to perfection. I knew I had to find an answer and a solution to help resolve these problems.  So right after my first three years  in this industry, I decided to go on a quest to find out why these individuals weren't succeeding. What I discovered was shocking, simply because it was possible to accomplish. I discovered the 5 major elements that kept so many people from achieving optimum health, eating healthier and getting that great body they always wanted.

Nowadays, thousands of individuals around the globe seeks the key to the 5 major elements of becoming self-taught exercisers, better eaters, and achieve optimum health that BodyBuzz Fitness LLC provide. Listen to some of them on your right hand side column.




Listen carefully here! These 5 elements are crucial in your life if you want to achieve optimum health, eat healthier, and get the body you always wanted. There are:

Let me break these elements down for you in a more simplistic terminology......

Self-Education:  is simply the act of educating yourself more about a subject (s) you would like to implement into your life.  In this case, health and fitness is a subject that every one should spend time and learn a little more about. Yes, you won't be learning about all the scientific jargon such as: Krebs Cycle, Lactic Acid Shuttle, Oxygen Debt,  Protein Synthesis, and all the metabolic pathway in the human body, but knowing the basic principle of proper exercise mechanics, proper nutrition, and how to utilize external and internal forces  will set a very good foundation for you.

Knowing Thyself: is to learn how to know your own body physically, psychologically, physiologically, and neurologically.  This is a quest that you have to embark on because if you don't you will always get the same results at whatever you do in life. Again, knowing the fundamental foundation will guide you on a good route. You must know the type of food that makes you feel good or bad. You must know what type of exercises work best for a body part in your body. You must know about your body postural alignment when you execute an exercise. You must know about your sleep pattern ( Is 7, 8, or 9 hours work best for your sleep cycle?), and you definitely must know and learn how to appreciate your own body and how to love it.

Convenience: should be a must execute plan based on your avaibility and when you can actually do something on your term, not someone else.  If you really want to achieve greater success you must have convenience in your schedule and you must be discipline as well.  If 6:00am o'clock in the morning doesn't work for that need of yours (say a fitness consultation appointment or a physician's appointment) and your body and mind is not so energetic at that time, perhaps, 6:00pm in the evening may be more convenient for you.  Then again, it's  knowing your own body that will help you realize that.  Now, I'm not telling you to use convenience for bad procrastination, otherwise you're setting yourself for lots of failure. Anyway, wouldn't you agree to being able to exercise whenever you want and where ever you want is just fantastic, of course based on the terms mentioned earlier. I would!

Time: is a very precious element in our world. As you already know, the time that you lose is gone forever, you can't bring it back. It is necessary for you to chose a time that will best help you reach your destination and accomplish your tasks wisely.  You should consider prioritizing your time for when you want to exercise, when you want to travel, when you want to eat, when you want to do whatever it may be you want to accomplish. You also need to be disciplined with your time and let it manifest. Also you shouldn't use someone else's time in vain. I'm sure you've heard this before, "The time is now" and "Time is money", so get it done.

Money: is the second breath after oxygen, whether you agree with me or not. Even though it can't bring true happiness in one's life, but if you don't have it there's a lot of things you just can't do and when you have it there are many things you can do. However, how do you manage it is crucial. You see, many people spend their money on things that they don't need, will never use, or spend it on junk food, and lots of other unimportant things, rather than to invest it in their own health. Let me tell you something " Without Health There Is No Wealth"

It doesn't matter how much money or little money you have, it doesn't matter how tall or short you are, it doesn't matter about your look, it doesn't matter about your gender, it doesn't matter about your age, it doesn't matter about your origin,  and certainly doesn't matter about your personality. It is clear that you MUST invest some of your earning  into your health, because if you are unhealthy, if your body is crippling down, most likely you won't enjoy a great lifestyle for too long. And if you don't start the journey now before it's too late, chances are you will pay many health consequences for it later. I thought I was reasonably fit before I began training with Ibsen.  My old workouts included grueling hour-long cardio sessions, running, and whatever resistance training moves I learned from fitness magazines.  Still, I found it difficult to lose weight or see improvements in my muscle tone.  And after my workouts, I felt sore and exhausted.
