I thought I was reasonably fit before I began training with Ibsen.  My old workouts included grueling hour-long cardio sessions, running, and whatever resistance training moves I learned from fitness magazines.  Still, I found it difficult to lose weight or see improvements in my muscle tone.  And after my workouts, I felt sore and exhausted.

After my first workout with Ibsen, I noticed a dramatic difference in how I felt – while my muscles were definitely fatigued, I felt energized and refreshed.  After working out with Ibsen twice a week for the first month, I had lost 5 lbs without even changing my caloric intake.  Not only did I lose fat, but I gained muscle, and my arms and legs became visibly more toned.  My former jean size was a snug 28 or 29, and after about 3 months with Ibsen, I was comfortable in a size 27.  I attribute all these fantastic changes to a greatly enhanced metabolism due to my workouts with Ibsen.

Also, my cardiovascular endurance and strength has dramatically increased.  When I go jogging now, I can run longer and faster and with more energy.  When I attend yoga classes, I notice that I have better balance, posture, and flexibility.  I even sleep better at night!  After about five months of working out with Ibsen, I feel healthier than ever before, and I still look forward to every session.  He is always prepared with so many new and interesting exercises to target and challenge my muscles – we rarely do the same move twice, and I never get bored!  Ibsen's fitness expertise has added tremendous value to my life.

As an investor my time is very limited. I didn't want to invest in a local fitness place for personal training nor nutritional consulting because I am too busy and concern with my time. Not only I am using some of the best program designs Ibsen implemented for me. Now, I can print my own personalize program and go to the gym and do it myself whenever I feel like it. Ibsen is a surprisingly knowledgeable, innovative and motivating fitness trainer.  Several months before I started training, I tore a ligament in my ankle and still had difficulty with lateral movement.  Ibsen understood the injury and incorporated stretches and exercises to restore my flexibility and strength.  I train two and often three times a week and I am amazed by the progress I've made.  Ibsen says that you must challenge yourself to improve and he's always developing new exercises.  Two months into training, I marveled that I had yet to repeat a workout.  At the end of a hard workout, Ibsen stretches you and leaves you relaxed.  Even when I've had a tough day and don't feel like working out, Ibsen will say something encouraging and without fail, I feel better after the workout.
